How to Bounce Back From Any Setback

Are you presently experiencing any setback? Or you have experienced one form of misfortune or the other? You need not despair if you can endeavor to follow the tips listed below.

a). Do make a decision to bounce back: You should decide within yourself that you are going to bounce back from the setback. Once you make the decision, you have committed yourself to bouncing back from the setback. Taking the decision means you have burnt the bridge that could take you back to the setback and are only committed to moving ahead. b). Do close the past: You need to close your mind to the past and open your mind to the future. Your past represents grief and despondency. Attach pain to it. Only look up to the future and attach pleasure to it. That way you will be able to avoid the pain of your past which represents the setback and embrace the pleasure of happiness which represents the future.
c). Do believe to achieve: Have faith in yourself that you can achieve your goal of bouncing back from your setback. If you do not, you will not. Believe is therefore the key.
d). Do not dwell on your setback: Forget about your setback. It is gone and gone forever. Only think about the future. The goal your want to accomplish in the future and the pleasure you want to derive from it.
e). Do not quit: Do not quit from the path to your goal. Burn the bridge that could take you to your past and focus only on the future. Do not be a quitter. Only be a doer.
